With the rise in popularity of granola, sports and nutrition bars, the need has arisen for higher-heat-load cooling tunnels to handle these denser items - as well as traditional bakery and confectionery products.

For these and other challenges - like trans fat-free cookie fillings that melt at lower temperatures and require customized heat transfer rates - Schebler delivers solutions.

Our signature Cooling Tunnels, reflecting our knowledge of how to pull BTUs out of fresh-from-the-oven food products, have increased production line speeds by as much as 375%. Further, our unique collaboration with Iowa State University has resulted in a proprietary computer model for calculating precise heat transfer rates - meaning your product exits at its target temperature, faster, without over-buying equipment or wasting energy.
